We’ll be OUTSIDE Rep. Bresnahan’s office located at 116 North Washington Avenue\, Scranton\, Pennsylvania 18503\, where we’ll let him know that his vote for the BBB is shameful and unacceptable!\nIn the coming days\, the Republican-controlled Senate will be considering the House-passed GOP mega-bill from hell. The GOP’s reconciliation bill from the darkest corners of its ambitions passed the House of Representatives in DC in May\, and now the bill is before the Senate for consideration. This bill would negatively impact Medicaid\, SNAP\, and other programs and services in the state that millions of Pennsylvanians rely on!\nPart of the GOP’s scheme with SNAP\, Medicaid\, and other programs is for a cost-sharing requirement with the states. Pennsylvania would find it difficult—if not impossible—to pick up that fiscal slack\, which would undermine these programs—just as the GOP cruelly intends.
