State Policy Action Meeting – February

We'll be taking a closer look at the priorities Governor Josh Shapiro outlined in his proposed 2025–26 state budget and be joined by Senator Nick Pisciottano, who was elected last fall to represent the people of Allegheny County in the 45th Senate district! Pisciottano's thoughts about the proposed budget, his own budget priorities for 2025, and how budget negotiations might proceed, particularly in light of how Trump's threatened cuts to Medicaid, SNAP, and other vital programs could wreak havoc on the state budget and Pennsylvania's economy.
