As the Commonwealth faces a major budget shortfall, this campaign is demanding real solutions.  Speakers will highlight the urgent need to raise new revenue by requiring the wealthiest individuals and profitable corporations to pay their fair share, rather than forcing harmful cuts to schools, health care, transit, and other essential services. The event will be lead by PPC’s new Executive Director and Campaign Chair, Felicity A.     PA State Capitol Complex – Rotunda 11–11:30 Press Conference  As the General Assembly heads deeper into budget season and the middle of tax season, we invite you to join us for a press conference and advocacy day highlighting the need for tax justice and a responsible state budget that works for all Pennsylvanians! This event will bring together legislators and partners from across Pennsylvania who believe that a responsible budget requires fair taxes and that the investments Pennsylvanians rely on — from education to health care to transit — depend on getting our revenue system right. The press conference will be held in the main rotunda at 11am. We’re fighting for revenue solutions that fund our communities and ensure Pennsylvania meets its budget challenges with fair taxes, not more cuts.
