Join us at Zion Baptist Church in Philadelphia for the Project Beloved Community teach-in and rally.
Our city is strong, but many families are struggling. Some people don’t have livable homes, good jobs, or safe neighborhoods. We can’t wait for someone else to fix this.
We must save ourselves by working together to build a beloved community.
WHEN: Saturday, January 24, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. [CHANGED TO SATURDAY, MARCH 14, 1:30 TO 4:30 PM DUE TO SNOW STORM]
WHERE: Zion Baptist Church, 3600 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19140
WHAT WE WANT:
A Living Wage for Every Worker – No city worker should live in poverty.
Housing for Our Families – We need more homes that regular people can afford.
Safer City Streets – We can stop gun violence by helping people.
